Torq/Gard Overload Clutches come in many sizes and variations to protect all types of industrial equipment. The key is to match the correct clutch model to the application requirements. The four most common Torq/Gard clutch sizes are TG60, TG200, TG400, and TG800. These models are available in both a Straight Bore style and a Taper Grip Bushing style, with multiple bore-size options. A TGM model is a metric bore version and not readily available in the U.S. In some cases, our customers have substituted the standard version for the metric version.
