Below are some of the most common questions we are asked by our customers. Please contact us if you are unable to find the answer you are looking for.
Q: What are your payment options?
A: Our online store accepts Credit Cards. For other options such as: Purchase Orders, Wire Transfers, and ACH Transfers please contact us.
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (AMEX) for all US customers.
Purchase Orders: We are more than happy to set US customers up with an account and Net 30 Payment Terms, upon credit approval. Please request a credit application or email us your credit references.
Wire Transfers: Available for all US. Orders are able to ship after funds are received. $50 wire transfer fee applies for all customers, unless otherwise agreed upon (may be waived based upon order size).
ACH Transfers: Available for all US. Orders are able to ship after funds are received. No Fees apply.
Q: What is your return and cancellation policy?
A: Please contact us for returns and cancellations. Each case will be reviewed and decided on a case-by-case basis. Product packaging must be unopened and in like new condition when received upon return. We want to help you and treat you fairly. We must be NOTIFIED within 2 weeks of placing the order, unless otherwise stated. Customer covers return shipping charges. There is a 20% restocking fee.
Q: Where can I get a Torq/Gard Clutch Manual?
A: Each Torq/Gard Clutch comes with a Manual. Manuals can also be viewed or downloaded here.
Q: Where is my order shipping from?
A: All orders ship from our facility in Fremont, California.
Q: Do you accept International Orders?
A: No, we do not.
Q: Can my order ship via UPS or FedEx?
A: Yes, all orders are shipped using standard shipping companies.
Q: Can I air-freight my order?
A: Yes, all orders can be air-freighted (or expedited in any other way) on request. There are no restrictions that prevent the Torq/Gard Clutches from shipping by air. Please contact us for this service.
Q: I am a re-seller. Can you drop ship to my customer?
A: Yes, we can drop ship directly to your customer by request. Some restrictions may apply. Please contact us for this service.
